What is the Purpose of the Social committee?

The purpose of the social committee is to organize social events for the firm and encourage participation in firm events in order to maintain a positive firm culture.

Social accomplishments over the years:

The committee was proud that they were able to come up with innovative ways to keep people engaged and connected throughout the pandemic. We planned events that allowed us to socialize with our co-workers virtually through regular virtual happy hours, lunch-time bingo, a virtual Halloween costume contest, and a hybrid euchre tournament.

Future direction and upcoming events:

We are working on incorporating new events to keep things fresh and exciting. We are also working on ways to better engage staff during hybrid social events (where staff attend the same event from different locations). This is a new event style that will take some trial and error to get right!
